As more and more services move from paper to online, people without access to a computer or the internet can find themselves struggleing - but the digital welfare team are here to help!
We work with customers spanning the full range of digital skills, from those who are confident in using a computer or smartphone, to complete begginers using these devices for the first time. By providing access to computers and the internet, as well as assistance whenever needed, we help our customers gain confidence using their digital skills to move closer to employment.
We deliver this service in the following job centres.
We achieve this in a variety of ways - our customers can learn to use online job-hunting sites, write their own CV's and cover letters, and apply for jobs online.
Digital inclusion is now more important than ever - we offer a space where customers can develop digital skills at their own pace and learn how to use them for job hunting.
